The Indy USBC is proud to honor bowlers for their hard work on and off the lanes. We honor bowlers for both meritorious service and superior performance. Nominations and guidelines are available on this page. All nominations must be submitted to the Indianapolis Bowling Hall of Fame Committee by January 15.
Nominees must have served as a member of the board of directors for either the GIBA/IWBA or Indy USBC Bowling Associations for a minimum of fifteen years; or must have served in an instructional position (youth or adult) for a minimum of fifteen years.
Sponsors may be honored for their long-term financial support and proprietors may be honored for their long-term dedication to the bowlers and the sport of bowling in the city of Indianapolis.
Nominees must have a minimum of five championships, two of which must be actual (scratch) championships of either:
A) Indy USBC Association Open Championship (formerly known as the “GIBA Indianapolis Open Tournament”)
B) Indy USBC Association Women’s Championship Tournament (formerly known as the “Indianapolis Women’s Bowling Association City Tournament”)
Nominees must have also participated in ten Indy USBC Association certified tournaments (which can also include any tournament certified by the GIBA or IWBA) unless the nominee's career has been interrupted or shortened due to illness or injury.
This category will be separated by gender.
